Damned by Faint Praise
Well, here we are, well loved by Bou Aradvrak. I quote " Aqoul is a fun group MENA blog, and the home of Lounsbury (if you think that's a good thing)" in honour of New Blog Day.
Well, just wait until your next edition of Sheikhly Love Investigations comes out, eh? With charts and graphics.

For those of you who, like me, have no freakin' idea what an afrit is:
Reading that description, more than a little appropriate. Hmm.

Does that means you are going to process the lumpy Western woman marriage index? (Or whatever the exact acronym was...)

I am an Afrit, after all.
And glad Pantom could bone up on his Arabic.
As an aside, never have I seen such clear evidence of the type of nerds who write wikepedia articles than those on djinn and afrit.
More substantively, I also note that the quadrilateral root of 'Afrit suggests a non-semetic origin to the word (or a case of a conjugated form getting frozen and then reinterpreted).

You certainly fit the profile.
If you ask my (easily irritated) grandmother, I was allegedly possessed by one at a young age. Explains why I am "difficult", apparently.
