I'm considering such a JV too. I've been in and out for more than one year and a half into a project in that sector - the only one that went beyond a few weeks so far - definitely an achievement too if we can apply that word to such an insane situ. Now my colleague wants to either officialize or completely dissolve. One side of me says it's a very bad idea and I should run away because I will eventually do so. The other side says I should put some order to a break and patch up - cough cough - commitment that seems to be lasting.
I don't know how you mere mortals succeed in this business.
