Private Placement Memorandum

I am trying to overcome the urge in writing this stunningly long, detailed masterpiece of marketing to insert phrases in the boilerplate such as "And I know Actual Investors Never Read This Rubbish So Go Fuck Yourself Stupid Lawyers for Forcing Us to Write Lots of Utterly Useless and Unenforceable Rot."

I bet I could and it would get by.

Well, success fees. Nice fat success fees, that's what keeps me from poking out my own eyes and taking up a life herding goats in the mountains.

That and the fact I hate sheep and goats, spawn of the devil they are. Nasty slit eyed evil beasts, stink. Unfortnately found everywhere in this damned region. Pity Porcine beasts got the Abrahamic evil eye, as I would have preferred sheep and goats been banished.

More high value posting after submission or perhaps after I go get some sushi and Cuban Goodness.

Incorrect ending, it should read as follows.

More high value posting after submission or perhaps after I go get some sushi and Cuban Goodness. That statement contained forward-looking assertions, forward-looking that are based on expectations, estimates, projections and assumptions. Words such as “after” “submission,” “go,” “sushi,” “Cuban,” , "high value" and variations of these words and similar expressions are intended to identify forward-looking statements, which include but are not limited to projections of activities, deliveries and backlog stability. Forward-looking statements are made pursuant to safe harbor provisions. These statements are not guarantees of future performance and involve certain risks and uncertainties, which are difficult to predict. Therefore, actual future results and trends may differ materially from what is forecast in the forward-looking statement due to a variety of factors, including, without limitation: travel time, product availability, internet connection, and joint venture partner arbitariness.

Now go back and redraft and resubmit.
