And why paranoia

Just learned a friend of mine who got herself in a spot of hot water by speaking rather too openly about sensitive subjects, in the intersection of her business and politics, was declared persona non grata and has had to leave on short notice.

Paranoia is healthy.

Expats should always show caution.

Yes, all quite civil, but a bad thing to be declared persona non grata in a country. Damages one career. Have managed to avoid, although once I came close. Sleeping with the President's niece, never do that.

L, somehow I knew you were going to say that. Do I even want to know which president?

Clinton?

Ah, Miss Seatwarmer I presume.

This is in Morocco? Always been rather nasty about the usage of persona non grata, Morocco has. Remember that AFP guy?

Ah, issandr bey, you know better than to ask questions of who, were and when from me. Post title: paranioa. But no, I don't know about Morocco and persona non-grata, never had exposure there.

And eerie, yes, Miss Seatwarmer. I was deeply pleased when her uncle ... ahem, was removed from office. It spared me some very ugly connexions. Very dumb, I was. Seduced by Ms Deweyness and a Hdide Alamani with butt warmers and really cool auto butt/back controls. Oddly she was a "socialist" ....

Hmm, Ms Deweyness. We have a new Lounsburyism.
