Controls

Internal controls, important things.

As I have just learned in reviewing my end month report with my assistant, to find my staff right about the time of change over passed a relatively large operation that normally requires Director approval, without my knowing.

Really fucking great that. Now I have to write a fucking memo about this, why it happened and what I am going to do to prevent reoccurance. Of course our fucked up internal controls system which I have no power to change - only whinge on about endlessly, doesn't really permit me to close the door that was used.

I knew I was going to regret taking this on.

Meh, can the lot and hire a troop of baboons. Predictabilty trounces imaginative fuck uppery, doesn't it? You could cloth them in "baboons ass red" attire (to further identify them) and relegate them to tea service. Meanwhile your own brilliance will shine forth in that you could effectively claim "Hey, I accomplished "X" with a fucking troop of baboons. Imagine what I could do with an effective group of primates or even humans! I am Brilliant!!"

Best of luck.
