World Bank - Zoellick
I have to say this is a pleasant surprise, Bush picking Zoellick, the whinging by "unnamed" Bank officials re "someone close" to Bush being a problem is off-base. The man is a good choice overall.

I only know of him from the Darfur/Abuja negotiations, but he got high marks for that. Not his fault it didn't work out -- the treaty seemed fine in principle, perhaps it could even have worked with more pressure against both rebels and the government.
