MEMRI Econ blog?
Ran across this by accident semi-bland post on sov funds that because I have no confidence in anything MEMRI as non-agit prop, makes me wonder.
I suspect that there will be a follow-up on the potential evils of the Arab Sov Funds.

OK, this only sounds effective in American slang but it's fair to say that memrieconblog is run by some Nimrod.
Nimrod Raphaeli to be exact.
Interesting advice to the Egyptians:
Maintain the Status Quo
"Egypt's third option is to seek a status quo while tolerating some changes on the margin. To do so, Egypt must continue to maintain a pro-American and pro-Western orientation to discourage them and organizations controlled by them, such as the World Bank, from financing costly water projects such as dams or power projects in any of the riparian countries, which they themselves cannot finance through internally-generated resources."
So maintain that pro-Western pro-American orientation!
