Observation: Any Blog with the title "Watch" in it has a high liklihood of being a hysteric conspiracy mongering nutjob site

Case in point: Shariah Finance Watch

Terribly deranged by the concept of needlessly complex financial transactions which pious but economically naive Muslims use to pay more money for the exact same economic transaction one can do straight.

This is somehow a threat to the writer of the blog, whose weak-minded panic is possibly slightly more droolingly idiotic than declarations that Islamic Finance (sic) will replace conventional finance.

More islamophobes contributing to Muslim reactionism and making actual reforms harder.

Precisely.

Tell me about it. I'm getting regular emails about "chemtrails" (evil chemicals the government is spraying on us from jet liners), FEMA concentration camps, US government conspiracies to exterminate 90% of the US population, petitions for Ohio to secede from the Union, and how one Congressional bill or another (usually one about health care reform, never the Patriot Act I or II) means we have all be consigned to slavery. Half of these sites have "watch" in the name. All of them are sent to me from a girl living just over the border with Saxony. They in turn are sent to her by a correspondent in Ohio (thus the petition to secede). Ohio is my home state. I know this kind of crazy; I could make a pretty good guess what county this correspondent is from.
It's a damn strange world we have created.

Well, if he really believes all that, I think wanting Ohio to secede makes good sane sense...
